Amanda attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. It was during that time that she discovered her deep passion for and understanding of people. She completed her graduate program in Spring of 2019 and obtained an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
Amanda resides in Denver, Colorado where she was born and raised. She spends a lot of time with her sisters, exploring Colorado and beyond. Amanda loves to travel with family and friends and equally enjoys weekends spent in Denver. Amanda started her own networking and educational-based group in Denver, "Straight Up Ladies," and brings interesting and timely content to this group of young female professionals. Additionally, she is the Co-Host of an entertaining, slightly irreverent podcast Total Ship Show, which focuses on the maritime industry. an advocate for animal welfare, Amanda was also co-founding member of A Friend of Jack Rescue in 2020. The rescue is still thriving today and while no longer involved in day-to-day operations, her philanthropic passion for animal welfare and rescue remains strong. She enjoys skiing, climbing, cooking, live music, and caring for her two cats, Penny and Dilly.
